Krishan Rattan is the Founder and Chairman of KairosWealth and the Founder and CEO of Mount Row Partner, a global alternative asset manager with over USD 1.2B in AUM across the energy, infrastructure, technology and financial services sectors.

Krishan’s career has spanned a variety of capital market roles across New York and London. In his life as a banker he has raised, deployed and overseen transactions worth over USD 13 Bn.

He is the former Managing Director and Global Head of Alternative Capital Solutions group at Société Générale. This business alone delivered in excess of USD 200 million in annual revenues to the bank. Prior to Société Générale, Krishan spent time in the emerging markets business at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. He started his career as a banker at Morgan Stanley.

Since 2012, Krishan has been a financial services entrepreneur in Europe and Asia. In the financial services universe, Krishan is credited to have established the very first traded index tracker in Africa and creating the first emerging market inflation-linked bond. He also pioneered the optimisation of NAV based financing for asset managers.

Krishan also led the creation of index linked liability reduction cost overlays to benchmark debt issuance.

Krishan also serves as senior advisor to Franklin Park, an affiliate of Guggenheim Partners. Krishan maintains close connections with his alma mater, the University of California, Berkeley and serves as a member of the steering committee for the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. He is also a member of the Greater London chapter of the YPO and an advisor to the Indo-European Business Forum.

Krishan is also a Patron of the Loomba foundation and a Trustee of Project Anthropocene, a thought collective of leading academic thinkers focused on human impact to climate change.

Vincent Teyssier is the Chief Technology and AI Officer for KairosWealth. Bringing decades of experience in IT and more than 12 years in innovation and AI, he has held various leadership positions in global MNCs and AI startups.

Coding since the age of 10 years old, and working with AI over the past 12+ years, he has started bringing the first automatic categorisation engine for French courts datasets in 2012, he then worked mostly within natural language processing and became CTO of the first and major reviews aggregator company, leveraging NLP to extract consumer sentiments. He then built the first artificial intelligence augmented campaigns for a large telecommunication MNC in Sweden. He has been an influential member and mentor in Stockholm AI, the leading SGO which has spin up some of the highest valued AI startups in Europe. Moving to Singapore, he continued on his AI endeavour building personality analytics and other advanced intelligence tool for the media and telecommunication sectors. Vincent is also a volunteer CTO at better.sg, a non-profit organization with 2300+ volunteers in Singapore, leveraging technology for good. In 2022 he started building his AI consulting company which ultimately led to an acqui-hire by KairosWealth in October 2023.

Gaurav has over 20 years experience in the Asset and Wealth segment in India, SE Asia, Middle East and Africa. He helped kick start ICICI Bank’s Wealth Management focus in Thailand and Brunei followed by being based in Singapore with ABN Am ro and Credit Agricole. He was then the Head of Distribution and CEO for East spring Investments (Prudential’s Asian Asset Manager) covering Institutions in the MEA region. In his last role, he was the leading Bank of Singapore’s discretionary advisory platform globally.

Gaurav is an Economic Hons graduate from St.Xaviers Mumbai, has an MBA in International Business from IIFT, Delhi and an MSc, Global Finance from HKUST NYU Stern.
